Class of 2026 (Current Seniors)

Current Students (Grades 9-11)

To request an official transcript to be sent, complete the steps below. Examples of the need for an "official" transcript might include summer programs, scholarships, employment applications, etc.

Log into SchooLinks, click on Student>Record Requests>Send Official Transcript, and then use the dropdown menu to select the appropriate destination.


Recent Grads from the Class of 2025

Email your College and Career Counselor to have an official transcript sent directly to an institution.

NOTE: We cannot send official transcripts to students and families. 


Class of 2024 and before

Requests are processed at the district's Permanent Records Department Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Instructions and contact information can be found on the district website here: https://www.rsdmo.org/departments/school-counseling/transcripts

Requesting College Credit Transcripts

Some students take classes at Marquette and earn college credits while still in high school. These college credits do not show up on the Marquette transcript, and therefore, if you need to send your college transcripts to other universities, scholarship organizations, etc., use the links below to request one through the crediting college/university's website.

University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL)  Saint Louis Community College (STLCC)
