JR MUSTANG BASKETBALL Camp June 2024

Session 1: 3rd-6th grade June 10-13

Session 2 7th-8th grade June 17,18, 20, 21

Session 3: 3rd- 6th grade June 24-27

Session 4: Combination of session 1 and 3 (save $20 on 2 weeks)

This year Girls Soccer and Girls Basketball are teaming up at MHS to offer you the opportunity to do a full day camp.  1/2 basketball and 1/2 soccer.  You can do both or just one.

Dates and Location: May 29-May 31, 2024 at Marquette High School

Girls Basketball Camp: 3rd grade thru 5th grade:  8:30 am -11 am at MHS

MHS Cheer Kids Camp

Camp Information: Middle School & High School students are welcome to join us as we celebrate running, learn ways to grow stronger, and prepare for a cross-country season!  This series will emphasize proper warm-up, running, and cool-down techniques. This is not a speed camp and will NOT focus on sprints. Instead, it includes instructions for drills and running activities by Marquette coaches, alumni, and runners. Further, this series hopes to highlight many of the fun aspects of running and joining XC!

WHEN: 7:45-9:45 AM

COST: $30 per runner (includes t-shirt)

Family Discount – if more than one person per family signs up, each additional person is $20

10 registrants are necessary for this program to meet in 2024

This fee covers supplies, t-shirts, prizes, coaching pay, and any surplus will go toward the MHS XC team.

High School Running Series

For incoming MHS 9th graders & (new + veteran) 10-12th runners

What: Skills, dribbling, passing, shooting and game scenarios. Players need to bring shin guards, running shoes, mouth guard, field hockey stick, and a water bottle. Cleats if they would like. Please make sure to have a large water bottle that is already filled.

When:  June 24th through June 27th

Time: 

Session 1:  12:00pm -1:30pm for incoming 9th and 10th grade

Session 2: 1:30pm - 3:00pm for incoming 11th and 12th grade.

Are you a current or future Marquette Swimmer or Diver looking to improve your skills?
This clinic is open to both boys and girls that currently attend Marquette or will in the
future, from 8h grade to Seniors for the 2024-25 school year.
During the week, we will focus on a different stroke each day, with a day for starts and
turns. For one hour we will focus on technique, and a half hour will be a leadup to what
you can anticipate in high school practices. Diving will be approaches, entries, and
everything in between!
For incoming athletes, this is a great way to meet the coaches! For returning athletes,
it’s a great chance to improve your technique in a non-competitive environment!

No camp scheduled.

VOLLEYBALL SUMMER CAMP FLYER 2024

Volleyball Skills Camps: Sessions will concentrate on volleyball fundamentals, including passing, setting, serving, hitting, and blocking. Skills and drills will be tailored to the abilities of players registered. Each session will also include gameplay and conclude with a mini-tournament.

Crestview Middle School (both gyms)

Coed youth session - entering grades 3rd-6th 9:00-10:30 am

This session is great for players of all abilities. We will be focusing on fundamentals of the game and technique work for the basics. If you are a first year that wants an introduction or maybe a player looking to learn a new position,

Advanced players we will focus on strategy and specialty positions (Goalie, 2MO, 2MD...). We will be looking to refine skills, teach more advanced moves and plays.
